The Advantages of Tuesday at the Beach

There are a lot of advantages of being able to go to the beach on a Tuesday, instead of, or in addition to, our traditional Sunday outings.

The most obvious is that the beach is not very crowded.

It really isn't very crowded!

Even the jetty lacks fishermen!

You get to see the clammers coming....

....and going.

We get to see the tour boat!

We are going to enjoy the beach this summer, for sure!

The Perfect Way to Start the First Full Day of Summer!!

What a great way to start off the summer season! Yesterday (6/21/08) was a perfect beach day indeed.

The ocean was calm. Although the water is still an envigorating 63 degrees!

The Lifeguards were guarding the beach.

Even though you can't see them, the F-15's out of Pamona Air Station were guarding the skys. They head east over Atlantic City and you can see the sun glint off them as they bank south to guard Washington, or north to patrol NYC.

Plenty of sea shells!
